3576560 - Balance valuation only considers period instead of specific valuation key date

Symptom

When balance valuation is run in T-code FAGL_FCV, the foreign currency balance posted after valuation key date is also valuated.

For example:

  • The valuation key date is 7/20/2024.
  • The foreign currency balance posted after 7/20/2024 is also valuated in FAGL_FCV run.
