Symptom

**Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.**

When accessing Solr Admin endpoint the message is displayed:

"Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource."

In developer tools in the browser one can detect HTTP response code 403 (Forbidden).

It may occur, that only some users working on the project will experience the symptoms and some will be able to access the endpoint without any issues.

The filter sets are configured properly and the IP of the user experiencing the access issues should be allow listed. The user does have the CUSTOMER_SYS_ADMIN role assigned in User Management on Cloud Portal for the proper environment.
