3576690 - Error Message while Creating Internal Projects in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

An error message "Please define service organization first." is displayed when attempting to create internal projects using the "Create Internal Projects" app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Create Internal Projects" app.
2. Fill in the mandatory fields.
3. Click on save.

The service organization created in the system is classified only as a Resource Delivery.

1. Check the "Manage Service Organization" app to confirm the classification of the created service organization.
2. If the service organization is classified only as a Resource, an error will occur while opening the "Create Internal Project" app.
3. Define the service organization as both a Resource and Project Delivery to create an internal project.

Note: 

• Project Delivery is the organization responsible for the delivery of projects.
• Resource is the organization responsible for providing the resources needed to deliver the project services.
• A service organization can be defined as both Resource and Project Delivery.
