Purchase orders created with confirmation control for inbound delivery sometimes do not appear in the Monitor Supplier Confirmations app, despite lacking supplier confirmations or inbound deliveries, and trigger the error: "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Purchase Orders app.
2. Create a new Purchase Order with:
    a. A confirmation control key that requires inbound delivery.
    b. A delivery date set more than 10 days in the future.
    c. No supplier confirmation or inbound delivery created.
3. Save the Purchase Order.
4. Open the Monitor Supplier Confirmations app.
5. Search for the Purchase Order created.
6. Purchase Order does not appear in the Monitor Supplier Confirmations app.
7. The error “Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process.” may appear.

• Check the delivery date of the purchase order. Ensure that the delivery date falls within the next 10 days, in alignment with the configuration of the confirmation control key.
• If the delivery date is beyond this 10-day window, the purchase order will not appear in the Monitor Supplier Confirmations app.
