3576768 - App F3893 displays Payment Terms in the F4 Help which are marked as hidden in OBB8

Symptom

There are 'Payment Terms' in transaction OBB8 which have checkbox 'Hide Entry In Input Help' ticked. These hidden 'Payment Terms' do not appear in e.g. GUI transaction VA01 in back end among the F4 Value Help options.
However, when accessing app F3893 - Manage Sales Orders - Version 2 the value help contains all 'Payment Terms' when trying to create a sales document.
