3576779 - Locating The Inbound Delivery Notification in Errors without Document ID (Business Communication Monitoring)

• Multiple Business Communication Monitoring errors without any document ID are being encountered.
• Difficulty in locating the inbound delivery notification these errors refer to.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Business Communication Monitoring view.
3. Show Business Messages with Errors.
4. Notice a number of Incoming Messages without Document ID of the Operation: Process Inbound Delivery Execution Confirmation.
5. You therefore would like to know which Inbound Delivery Notification the error is referring to.

1. Select the relevant message.
2. Click Show Payload.
3. Select SAP ESD.
4. The Inbound Delivery Notification can be seen in the XML within the <VendorID>XXXXXXXX</VendorID> tag.
5. You can also download the payload and open same in your preferred notepad app.
6. You can cancel the messages from the UI.
