3576853 - Price Elements Are Not Visible In The Output Form Preview

Symptom

Price elements fields such as Description, Condition type, Amount are not visible in sales quote preview inside SAP Sales Cloud v2 System.

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Navigation menu.
  2. Go to sales quotes.
  3. Open a sales quote.
  4. Click on the 3 dots button.
  5. Click on preview.
  6. Notice price elements are not visible, although there are data in the quote price details.

Cause

Price elements are not set as printable for sales quote with pricing procedure ABC.

Resolution

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Navigate to Pricing Configuration view.
  3. Enter Pricing Components
  4. Find the wanted Pricing procedure.
  5. Set the price elements that are to be shown/printed in the PDF with the print column.
