3576868 - Error: "Top-N is not supported in charts with Structures" when adding rank in a chart in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Unable to add rank in a chart in a SAC story.
• Error: "Top-N is not supported in charts with Structures" appears.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2.0
• Live BW connection

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open a live BW story
3. Add one chart.
4. Go to context menu.
5. Click on Rank.

Notice that it is giving error "Top-N is not supported in charts with Structures" 

This behavior is by design with stories based on live BW model.

This is an existing limitation that Ranking is not supported with the BW two structure queries.

Workaround: You can define Top N condition in the backend BW query and use them in SAC. That should work in optimized mode, though classic mode might have some restrictions for BW conditions in Charts.
