3576928 - Error NG0203 in SmartEdit after upgrading to SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.32

Symptom

After upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.32 or higher version, SmartEdit stops working by only displaying an empty screen with below error in the console tab of the browser:
