Is it possible to restrict certain candidates from being forwarded (Forward to Requisition, Forward to Colleague or Forward as Applicant)?

E.g., limit forwarding candidates placed in certain application status or from certain country.

Currently, it is not possible to restrict candidates from being forwarded based on any candidate's criteria. All candidates in the system can be forwarded without discrimination.

**Note:** If you attempt to forward a candidate to a requisition that violates the candidate's privacy settings, a failure message will be displayed clarifying about it. This behavior is designed to respect the candidate's privacy option and only comes into effect when the candidate privacy visibility settings are enabled for the instance.
