3576995 - Unable to Cancel Source Documents in eDocument Cockpit app in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

A source document must be cancelled in eDocument Cockpit app, but the status does not permit this action. For example: an Italy Source Document with status 'Sending to SDI' must be canceled, however when attempting to cancel the following error is generated:

'The action is not allowed for any of the selected eDocuments
