3576995 - Unable to Cancel Source Documents in eDocument Cockpit app in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

A source document must be cancelled in eDocument Cockpit app, but the status does not permit this action. For example: an Italy Source Document with status 'Sending to SDI' must be canceled, however when attempting to cancel the following error is generated:

'The action is not allowed for any of the selected eDocuments

3. click in 'Cancel' button
4. error is triggered

Some actions are not allowed accordingly to their status, including submit or cancel the eDocuments. Refer to 'Help' button in eDocument Cockpit app to analyze which actions are allowed for each scenario.

When the eDocument is in a status where no action is allowed and you need to 'cancel' it, first retrieve the notification from the CPI tenant and update it to the next status. This action will allow you to re-submit or cancel the edocument, accordingly to status.
