3577028 - The KUT Field Added to the ManageOpportunityIn Web Service are Not Displayed in the Payload Generated by the .WSDL File

Symptom

When adding KUT fields created in the system to the .WSDL file of the ManageOpportunityIn web service, the Extension fields are not being displayed in the sample payload generated by the .WSDL file in the SOAP UI.
