3577049 - XML to CSV conversion fails due to special characters in XML element values

Symptom

The MPL is failing during the XML to CSV conversion whenever the XML contains attribute values that include special characters such as & or <.

Example XML:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Company>
    <Organization>ABC & Co.</Organization>
    <Employee>John & Jane</Employee>   
   <Department>R&D</Department>
    <Designation>Senior <Engineer></Designation>
    <EMAIL>john.doe@example.com</EMAIL>
    <Address>45 & 6th Avenue</Address>
</Company>

Error Details:
com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occurred: Unmarshalling XML failed.
