3577070 - 'bulk material' indicator is not updated correctly with BAPI BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD

Symptom

  1. Use BAPI BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD to set blank 'bulk material' indicator when adding a bulk material which defined in material master, BAPI cannot set the blank 'bulk material' indicator.
  2. Use BAPI BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD to set 'bulk material' indicator when adding a material which NOT defined as bulk material in material master, BAPI cannot set the 'bulk material' indicator.
