3577121 - Automatic Creation of 3PL Request for Sales Order with Immediate Delivery Priority

• System does not create 3PL request automatically for sales orders with Immediate delivery priority.
• This results in delays in the warehouse operation and shipment process.

Outbound Delivery Request

1. Navigate to the Third-Party Logistics work center.
2. Proceed to the Delivery Proposals view.
3. Search for the relevant delivery request created against the 3PL sales order.
4. Observe that the system has not created a 3PL request against this delivery request even though the delivery priority is maintained as Immediate.

The system does not have an option to create a 3PL request automatically based on the delivery priority of the sales order.

1. Set up a 3PL outbound delivery run for the system.
2. Configure the system to create 3PL requests automatically against all valid delivery requests, irrespective of their priority.
