3577125 - Datahub pod fails to fully start up

Symptom

This could happen with any activity that triggers the restart of Datahub pods. The pod is not able to fully start up and keeps restarting.

com.hybris.datahub.lifecycle.NumberOfItemsToPublishExceededException: The number of items to publish in pool XXX_POOL exceeds the limit of 100000 provided by the datahub.init.publishable.items.query.limit property. Please either restart Data Hub in create-drop mode and resend or restart Data Hub in standard mode and trigger a publication for pool XXX_POOL.
