SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
When the "grid" option is selected for "layout" in Manage Configuration UI, the data appears misaligned from the header in the Manage Data: the header is towards the left and the data is on the right.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Data and search by the object
- From the session selected as "grid" in Manage Configuration UI, see there is a misalignment
Cause
This is caused by fields with visibility set to "no" in Manage Configure UI. Hidden fields are not supported by the grid format in UI and may cause misalignment in data.
Resolution
To correct the misalignment, please ensure no fields are set to have visibility "no" in Manage Configuration UI. If there are fields that shouldn't appear in the UI, you can set them as "not visible" in the object and/or remove them from the UI.
