3577372 - Title and subtitle missing when 'Copy from Other Technical Catalog' via FLP Application Manager for custom tile type (as SSB_CONTRIBUTION / SSB_TREND)

Symptom

When adding a tile from technical catalog to a custom catalog by using 'Copy from Other Technical Catalog' via FLP Application Manager, all the details are copied except the Title and Tile Subtitle. This generally happens to custom tile type SSB_CONTRIBUTION / SSB_TREND.
