3577422 - Xscontroller service fails to start after an XSA update.

Symptom

Manually installed community builds of the Node.js runtime on older XSA version prevent the xscontroller service from starting successfully after an XSA update.
In such cases, below error message appear in the xscontroller logs

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: while trying to load from index 1 of an object array with length 1, loaded from local variable 'otherVersionParts'
at com.sap.xs2rt.controller.impl.runtimes.NodeJsRuntimeSpec.isSupersededBy(NodeJsRuntimeSpec.java:314)
at com.sap.xs2rt.controller.impl.RuntimeControllerImpl.updateSupersededFlag(RuntimeControllerImpl.java:343)
