Symptom

Complete E-signature for I-9 section 1 is not triggered for the candidate after completing the I-9 section 1

Environment

Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 Compliance

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as Candidate
  2. Complete PDC, ADC, E signature
  3. Complete I9 section 1
  4. No Compliance E signature Triggered
  5. Complete I9 section 2
  6. No Compliance E signature triggered.

Cause

Due to unavailability of the forms(I9_SECTION1_2023_V1, I9_SECTION2_2023_V1  in PFS, compliance E-signature does not trigger for I9


Resolution

Upload the forms into PFS (check attachment for forms )
