When confirming a production order, the component should be backflushed, but the goods movement did not occur. The component has the 'Bulk material' indicator set.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
Bulk material and backflushing are mutually exclusive. The system is designed such that bulk material is stored at the work center and cannot be issued from stock.
Resolution
Bulk material is stored at the work center, meaning it cannot be issued from stock.
Ensure that either the 'Bulk material' indicator or the 'Backflushing' indicator is set.
