Symptom

The User is unable to log in to SAP Field Service Management application due to following error: 

  • AADSTS75011 Authentication method by which the user authenticated with the service doesn't match requested authentication method AuthnContextClassRef
  • AADSTS75011: Authentication method 'X509, MultiFactor, PasswordlessPhoneSignIn' by which the user authenticated with the service doesn't match requested authentication method 'Password, ProtectedTransport'. Contact the SAP Global Field Service Management - Test application owner.
