Symptom

  • When using the PI/PO system, the following error message appears in the communication channel accessing the database connection: 'com.sap.aii.adapter.jdbc.sql.DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection with the registered driver. oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver returns: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver. : SAPClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver'.
  • This issue is preventing the system from establishing a connection to the Oracle database, leading to communication failures.
