3577538 - Not possible to scroll down while sending an email - Recruiting Management

When the content of the email is long, it is not possible to scroll down in the email preview page. This prevents the ability to click on 'I'm Done' and results in not being able to send the email.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click on Send Email for candidate
2. Select Email template
3. Click on Next
4. Not able to scroll down (if email content is long)

This issue is currently under Engineering investigation. Click on the star icon to follow and mark the KBA as one of your favorites to get notified of any updates. 

Workaround: The button will become visible when the page is zoomed out.
