3577558 - Error G0210 " Period categories 9 and 9 overlap in period 001" in Configuration Assigning Task Group to Version

The issue is observed in the Configuration  "Assign Task Group to Version" where it is not possible to assign a task group to a version.

The error message "Period categories 9 and 9 overlap in period 001" with Message no. G0210 is encountered.

The issue is caused by the standard behavior of the system where for each given effective year and effective period, task groups can be assigned to various period categories. However, the period categories must not overlap, that is, share the same periods.

System has used Start year 2023, Period eff 12, Period cat 9. 

1. Verify the period categories assigned for the effective year and period.
2. Ensure that the period categories do not overlap.
3. Choose a different period category or change the period category 9 or 9 in Consolidation Customizing.
