• Unable to seal the integration between LMS and Bizx due to warning below:

  • Warning: This integration cannot be sealed because there were warnings during the confirmation:
    The instances you are integrating are in different environments. SAP SuccessFactors Learning is in Test @ Preview and SAP SuccessFactors Platform instance is in Production. This integration cannot be sealed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

• Correct the integration with another Bizx instance which is on the same release cycle as LMS.

Note: If your Bzix instance is legacy Stage@Preview on the Production release cycle, there are 2 options to consider:

1. Reach out to your CSP for a paid servcie to migrate the Bizx instance to Preview release cycle. As outlined in 2115525 - SuccessFactors Customer Service Request: Test - Preview Migration FAQ
2. Or decommission current instance and request 1 new Bizx in Preview release cycle (as part of your contract entitlement, no extra cost). This can be done with a support ticket and self-service through SAP4ME.

  • If you go with this Option you need to ensure that the checkbox for the Learning integration in Provisioning > company settings is DISABLED before requesting the decommission otherwise you will not be able to integrate the new Bizx immediately after it provided to you.
