Unable to seal the integration between Learning and Bizx due to warning below:

Warning: This integration cannot be sealed because there were warnings during the confirmation:
The instances you are integrating are in different environments. SAP SuccessFactors Learning is in Test @ Preview and SAP SuccessFactors Platform instance is in Production. This integration cannot be sealed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

Correct the integration with another Bizx instance which is on the same release cycle as LMS.

Note: If your Bizx instance is legacy Stage@Preview on the Production release cycle, there are 2 options to consider:

1. Reach out to your CSM for a paid service to migrate the Bizx instance to Preview release cycle. As outlined in 2115525 - SuccessFactors Customer Service Request: Test - Preview Migration FAQ
2. Or decommission current instance and request 1 new Bizx in Preview release cycle (as part of your contract entitlement, no extra cost). This can be done with a support ticket and self-service through SAP4ME.

  • If you go with this Option you need to ensure that the checkbox for the Learning integration in Provisioning > company settings is DISABLED before requesting the decommission otherwise you will not be able to integrate the new Bizx immediately after it provided to you.
