Symptom

  • An issue arises when an approval request is sent to a user for sales order approval, where an email is also sent to the user with a link to the My Inbox Fiori App.
  • The link does not function when clicked, preventing users from approving the sales order.
  • The associated error message is "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process".
