3577587 - Request to OpfIntegrationObject returns 404

Symptom

While Creating SAP Commerce Cloud Client, the test connection fails

In the meantime if you send a post request to the below endpoint

https://<your-host-name>/odata2webservices/OpfIntegrationObject

It fails with the below error:
