3577610 - Manage Mass Changes limit when delimiting the Job Relationships for the Employees

When performing mass changes to delimit the job relationships for employees more than 500 in the manage mass changes, then the job is completed successfully only for 500 employees but the remaining employees, the job relationship is not delimited and is showing only 500 processed in the job details.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage Mass Changes.

2. Click on "Create New" and give a name to the job for Job relationships update.

3. Select the employee group which has more than 500 employees in the job.

4. Give an effective date either past or future. 

5. Select "Mass Change Area" as "Job Relationships" and select any Job Relationship Manager to delimit.

6. Check the "Delimit" Box.

7. Save and Initiate.

8. After the job completed and checked the job details, it is shown that only 500 employees were processed successfully.

• Currently, it is considered as a limitation for delimit functionality and an enhancement fix will be done.
• This is planned to be fixed with upcoming release 2511 (tentative). Please refer to this Enhancement reference# for a fix in future version ECT-250634.
• Customer can contact their CSM to track this reference number.
• The only possible workaround as of now is to perform the mass changes for JobRelationship Import using the Import Employee data Tool for delimiting.
