3577619 - Identified Stock ID Not Displayed in Report "Production Order: Number and Quantities"

For a production order, the identified stock of output product has value under Actuals subtab, however, it is not displayed in the Report "Production Order: Number and Quantities".

The identified stock field is shown as "#" in the report instead.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Production Control work center.
2. Go to Production Orders view.
3. Search for a specific production order.
4. Edit the production order.
5. Navigate to the Products tab - Output products subtab.
6. The identified stock of output product displays under the Actuals subtab.
7. Then navigate to Business Analytics work center.
8. Go to Design Reports view.
9. Search for report "Production Order: Number and Quantities"(SCMPOHDROPU01_Q0001).
10. Open this report.
11. Filter above production order, click Apply.
12. In the result, the identified stock field is displayed as "#".

The identified stock ID has not been maintained for output product before releasing the production order, instead it is filled when confirming the following production task. Since the report "Production Order: Number and Quantities" retrieves data from the production order, it does not display the identified stock ID entered during the task confirmation process.

Enter the identified stock ID before releasing the production order in the Production Orders view. Steps as below. This ensures that the data will be passed into following production task and also be available in the report.

1. Navigate to Production Control work center.
2. Go to Production Orders view.
3. Search for a specific production order(not released).
4. Edit the production order.
5. Navigate to the Products tab - Output products subtab.
6. Click on Create Identified Stock button to maintain a new identified stock, or click value help button of field Identified Stock ID to select an available identified stock ID.
7. Click on Save.
8. Then click on Release button.
