Symptom
When the customer attempts to delete the Emergency Contact Information/Contact Information/Email Information from Quick Action, the screen remains stuck on loading indefinitely.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Central Quick Actions
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite -
- Configured Employee Central Quick Action Template, refer to Configuring an Employee Central Quick Action Template | SAP Help Portal.
- The user has Two Emergency Contacts recorded in the system.
Steps -
- Navigate to the user's profile.
- Proceed to 'Take Action' > 'Change Emergency Contacts'.
- Attempt to delete the second Emergency Contact [non-primary].
- In the same dialog box, attempt to delete the Emergency Contact [Primary].
- The screen remains in a loading state indefinitely.
