3577677 - Unable to edit Payment Method for full payments in F-28/F-53

Symptom

It is observed that Payment Method field (BSEG-ZLSCH) is not editable when doing full payments in F-28 (Post Incoming Payments) or F-53 (Post Outgoing Payments), while the same can be changed when making a partial payment.
