3577805 - Outbound Email Visualization Issue with Umlaut Content

1. Create an E-mail Template with German Umlaut content for use in Tickets.
2. Trigger an outbound email from the Ticket using the E-mail Template.
3. In Outlook, the received E-mail shows special characters instead of umlauts.

You have saved your template with the wrong encoding, either UTF-16 LE or UTF-16BE.

To upload the E-mail template, please change the HTML encoding to UTF-8 OR UTF-8 with BOM by opening the document in, for example, Microsoft Notepad, then choose 'File' > 'Save as…' from the menu, select 'Encoding: UTF-8' OR 'Encoding: UTF-8 with BOM', and save the file.
