Symptom
When trying to access configuration activity "Assign Incompleteness Procedures to Sales Document Types (ID: 106830)", an error is raised: "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001076".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- In the workspace click tab Configuration Activities.
- Search for the Configuration activity "Assign Incompleteness Procedures to Sales Document Types (ID: 106830)".
- Click on the link to the entry.
- The following message is raised: "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001076".
Cause
There are two reasons:
- Missing Business Catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD0_PC.
- The IAM app "Assign Incompleteness Procedures to Sales Document Types" has not been activated.
Resolution
- For the first cause, configure the Business Catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD0_PC according to KBA 3238660 - CBC- How to find the business catalog to access a SSCUI (Configuration Activity) and avoid authorization errors.
- For the second cause, follow these steps:

- Go to the "Maintain Business Roles" app.
- Find the Business Role "BR_BPC_EXPERT" and enter.
- Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
- In the "IAM Apps" tab, search for "S_ER1_70001076".
- Select the found IAM App "Assign Incompleteness Procedures to Sales Document Types" and click the "Activate" button to activate it.
- Click the "Save" button.
