3578035 - Handling Unit does not contain leading zeroes in EWM

Symptom

A Handling Unit (HU) is created with leading zeroes through an inbound delivery or transaction /SCWM/ISU.

Despite creating the HU like '000000001234567891', system ignores the '0' and creates the HU as '1234567891'.
