Symptom
In Onboarding system the FAN (Further action of notice is now provided within the system upon Tentative Non-Confirmation notification for externals/new hires. This feature assist in gathering externals/new hires signature as well as be present in the Onboarding Documents for the company to retain.
This is intended to address these Use Cases, all of which are fairly common:
- Any standard new employee being Hired in Onboarding, but whose E-Verify is encountering a TNC
- For new employees that hired out of Onboarding, or whose Form I-9 was completed outside of Onboarding, must now be E-Verified, and have encountered a Tentative Nonconfirmation (meaning, they are potentially not employable or alternatively their documentation is incomplete) in E-Verify
- For remote employees who are being E-Verified and are now encountering a TNC
- For existing employees who must be authorized as a result of a federal contract that includes the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause and are now encountering a TNC
