3578078 - Vector parameters with index number below 10 does not work if set with 2 digits

Symptom

Vector parameters with index number below 10 set in the profiles are ignored if they are set with 2 digits (starting with 0 and then another digit). 

On reading these parameter with wrong syntax, it is ignored by the system.

Following examples of wrong syntax in the index number of vector parameters will not let the parameter to be read by the system:

icm/server_port_00 = PROT=HTTP, PORT=80, TIMEOUT=120, PROCTIMEOUT=120

icm/server_port_01 = PROT=HTTP, PORT=443, TIMEOUT=120, PROCTIMEOUT=120 

icm/trusted_reverse_proxy_01 = SUBJECT="CN=WebDisp, *", ISSUER="CN=Server cA, *"

icm/HTTP/redirect_01 = PREFIX=/, TO=/bc/bsp/demo/default.html
