3578085 - Training Planner: number of 'Employees selected' only shows the real value when scrolling the bar to the end of the list within the 'Select Employees' wizard.

After submitting a 'Team Request' through the Training Planner, when opening again the 'Select Employees' wizard to edit the submission, the total amount of users previously selected is different. The number of 'Employees selected' is only updated to the real amount once the user scrolls the bar to the end of the list of employees shown within the 'Select Employees' wizard.

1. Log into HCM as a Training Manager > navigate to the Learning module > access the Training Planner (through the legacy UI, it's located at the 'Links' tile; at the New Learning Experience, it's located at the 'Activities' dropdown menu) >
2. Select 'My Organization Requests' > for any organization listed, click on 'View requests' >
3. The issue happens when creating a new request:
4. Click on 'Add Organization Request' > Find from Library > search for the required item > Add Course > add the necessary info > hit 'Add Course' > close the Library wizard >
   • For the newly selected item, click on 'View/edit Requests' > Organization tab > at the bottom dropdown, click on 'Select Employees' > the expected wizard pops up > select the required users (make a note of the number of 'Employees Selected' > click 'OK' >
   • Again at the dropdown, click on 'Select Employees' and notice that the number of 'Employees selected' is different now.
5. And it happens for any existing request:
   • When accessing an existing request, click on 'View/edit Requests' > Organization tab > at the bottom dropdown, click on 'Select Employees' > the expected wizard pops up and there are some users from the top of the list already selected. However, if you scroll down, there are more and the number of 'Employees selected' at the left side gets updated >
   • When clicking on 'OK' at the Select Employees wizard without scrolling the bar until the end of the page, the new selection with less users overrides the correct employee selection.
6. At the bottom dropdown, when clicking on 'Assign', the same issue is happening: the entire list of selected users isn't considered unless the training manager scrolls the bar to the bottom of the wizard. And without scrolling to the end of the list, the assignment doesn't get triggered to all of the selected users.

The scenario has been reviewed by our Engineering and Product Management teams, and the current application's behavior is being worked on as an enhancement through LRN-193770.
