SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
A Journal Entry is uploaded through the app Upload General Journal Entries but the fields XREF1, XREF2 and XREF3 do not get uploaded even though the Journal Entry gets posted successfully.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Cause
In the Configuration Activity Define Field Status Variants (Configuration Item ID 500045, SSCUI 102013), the field status group for the G/L Account which the Journal Entry was posted have the Reference Specification 1, 2 and 3 fields set as 'Suppress'.
Resolution
In the Configuration Activity Define Field Status Variants (Configuration Item ID 500045, SSCUI 102013), set the Reference Specification 1, 2 and 3 fields as 'Opt. Entry'.
