3578143 - CTE - Feedback Loop job fails with 500 error "occurred: The MPL ID for the failed message is ..."

Symptom

After run the Feedback Loop job in transaction CTE_DOC_MONI, the following error appeared in the transaction SLG1.  

500 error

occurred: The MPL ID for the failed message is:

“Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.”
