3578160 - In ECC, the follow-on document is allowed to be created in case the preceding document is blocked in the GTS system.

Symptom

Consider the sales order as an example; it serves as a preceding document, with the outbound delivery as its subsequent document.

  • The sales order is blocked within the Global Trade Services (GTS) system. 
  • Despite this blockage, outbound delivery can still be generated within the ECC.
  • Even after the sales order has been completed in the GTS system, it continues to appear under blocked documents.
  • The issue is how to prevent the creation of deliveries when a sales order is blocked in the system.
