3578363 - ERP relevant messages not sent from EWM

A Goods Issue or Goods Receipt is posted in EWM transaction /scwm/prdo or scwm/prdi respectively. The goods movement posting is successful, however ERP is not updated, and no queue generated.

• Confirmation message(s) are recorded in table /SCWM/MESSAGELOG, but message not sent to ERP. PPF Action /SCWM/MSG_PRD_SEND not processing automatically.
• Checking on PPF settings (condition configuration) in transaction sppfcadm, in application: /SCDL/DELIVERY the respective Action profile (like /SCWM/PDI_01): For the action definition /SCWM/MSG_PRD_SEND the processing method (/SCWM/ERP_MAPOUT), the schedule condition (/SCWM/MSG_SCHEDCOND), Action merging and Start condition, all configured properly.
• Checking on PPF tab, PPF: Send ERP delivery messages are in yellow (unprocessed) status. When triggering manually, the process successfully completed, and messages sent properly to ERP.
