3578403 - Incorrect Unit of Measure in Outbound Delivery

• The system is sending incorrect Unit of Measure (UoM) to Outbound Delivery.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Third-Party Logistics work center.
2. Go to the Delivery Proposals view.
3. Find and select the relevant Request ID.
4. Go to the Schedule Lines tab.
5. Instead of the Logistics Unit of Measure, the displayed UoM for line items is different, but you expected the system to display the Logistics Unit of Measure.

You have maintained Quantity Conversions between the Unit of Measures and while creating the Sales Order, you have selected the Conversions Units. Hence, the system has transmitted the selected Conversion Unit to Warehouse Execution. 

1. Understand that this is the current system design and not an issue. The system will not change the unit sent from Sales Order to the Logistics UoM.
2. If you want the system to mandatorily display the Logistics UoM in the Delivery Request irrespective of the Unit sent from the Sales Order, this would be a feature enhancement request.
3. Please address this feature enhancement request to the Backlog Management team via Influence: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/886.
