3578441 - Issue with saving changes into Transport request in LTMOM

Symptom

While trying to save changes to a transport request in LTMOM one of the below error is being raised:

  • Error message: "This project cannot be edited in this system; see long text. Message No. CNV_DMC_MC_EXCEPTION272.
    It is not possible to edit the project in this system. You need to edit the project in the development system. You can then transport the project to this system."
  • "Object is not assigned to a dev package".
