3578501 - Dump transaction fails with Msg 4243 - SAP ASE

Symptom

Dump transaction fails due to the following error message:

Msg 4243, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'SID', Line 1:
The command DUMP TRAN WITH NO_LOG/TRUNCATE_ONLY is not allowed in database 'SID' while the 'enforce dump tran sequence' database option is enabled. Use sp_dboption to disable the option, then retry your command.
