Symptom
- System becomes inaccessible due to all DIA work processes being occupied by a single user ID
- User was working in Fiori Launchpad when the issue occurred
- Programs showing by dpmon during hang situation: /IWBEP/CL_MGW_ABS_DATA========CP and /UI2/CL_FDM_PAGE_RUNTI_ACCESS=CP
- System only becomes accessible again after a complete application restart
- Issue only occurs when the language is changed either in the browser link or in the user settings
