3578519 - SAP Fiori Launchpad - System Hangs Due to All DIA Work Processes Occupied

Symptom

  • System becomes inaccessible due to all DIA work processes being occupied by a single user ID
  • User was working in Fiori Launchpad when the issue occurred
  • Programs showing by dpmon during hang situation: /IWBEP/CL_MGW_ABS_DATA========CP and /UI2/CL_FDM_PAGE_RUNTI_ACCESS=CP
  • System only becomes accessible again after a complete application restart
  • Issue only occurs when the language is changed either in the browser link or in the user settings
