3578524 - SAP Note with implementation status 'Cannot be implemented' in SNOTE for eDocument Framework

Symptom

  • An issue is observed while setting up the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solution in a newly installed or recently upgraded system (e.g., to SAP S/4HANA 2023). As an example, for the country version of Mexico, all relevant SAP Notes listed in SAP Note 2565791 - eDocument Mexico: Overview Note (SAP S/4HANA) have been implemented. Despite this, the solution does not work as expected.
  • If the note is in "Cannot Be Implemented" status, how can the note be applied?
