3578565 - Candidate Country not filled after Mass Upload Resume

When creating a candidate via Mass Upload Resumes in a language that is not English_US the select country is not added if the candidate does not have a country defined on their resume.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Login to system and select a language that is not English_US
2. Go to Candidate Search page to select Add Candidates  Mass Upload Resumes.
3. Enter a unique name in Batch Name.
4. Use the Select Country/Region dropdown list to assign a country or region to resumes that are missing this information.
5. Select the +Add, then choose the file location from the dropdown list.
6. Select up to 100 resumes to upload.
    
7. Go to the New Created Candidates page and select View the successfully uploaded candidates link after the process is completed.
8. Note the created candidates do not have a country applied to them.

On changing the locale, when the selected language is translated country label is checked, however it is not matching the standard country list which is in English. 

This is how the system was implemented and the respective code follows this.  

As a result. this defines that no translations added in the picklist matches the country and no country will be added.

At this moment, only English_US is supported for Mass Upload Resume, to allow candidates to be added.

An enhancement by Product Management and Engineering has been raised to add this gap to a future release.
