3578574 - Fiori My Reporting App Fails to Display Data for Certain Reports – HTTP 500 Error in Gateway

Symptom

When attempting to open certain reports in the My Reporting Fiori application (App ID: F4940), users experience one or more of the following issues:

  • The report executes, but no data is displayed.
  • A HTTP 500 Internal Server Error occurs.
  • Errors are logged in the SAP Gateway error log (/n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG).

Observed Errors

Errors captured in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG indicate a problem with column definitions in the report, such as:

  • Property 'HCMColumnHasTotals' has invalid value 'S'
  • HTTP request failed Status Code: 500 (Internal Server Error)
