Proctor Code Report reflecting in UTC Time zone only

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Instructor in Learning Administration.
  2. Click on the Edit Icon.
  3. Select Instructor Status.
  4. Click on Print Codes.
  5. The Instructor Code report will run, displaying results in UTC database timezone, not the preferred IST timezone.

Cause

Resolution

This has been confirmed by Product Management that Proctor codes are in UTC because they can be shared with multiple instructors across time zones. This is expected behaviour.
